Designed for versatility and power, the Shearex mini excavator mulcher - VM Series - provides powerful and efficient mulching capabilities in a compact form. It mounts easily on your excavator and transforms it into a high-efficiency mulching machine.
CONVEX DX™ PROTECTION SYSTEM
Our unique Convex DX system uses a double-ring to force the material towards the center of the rotor, effectively reducing the amount of material being cut per pass and alleviating strain on the blade holder.
BLADE ANGLE OPTIMISED FOR A PERFECT CUT
Our blade mount design allows for greater durability and cutting power. The rotor on our mini excavator mulchers maintains its power throughout the blades’ lives.

Mini Excavator Machine Types
Shearex Mini Excavator Mulchers are compatible with a wide range of mini excavators from 5 - 12 Tons. Providing flexibility and ease of integration into your existing equipment fleet.
Optional tilt system - The tilt system on our mulching heads for mini excavators allows for increased flexibility and superior visibility. Using the right technique, the tilt option can also increase productivity by letting gravity do the majority of the work.
Optional back grapple - Move and sort through smaller materials or pile them up for greater mulching control with Shearex’s mini excavator mulcher head VM-35SK models.
