EXCAVATOR MULCHER

Designed for versatility and power, the VM Excavator Mulcher is perfect for land clearing operations. It mounts easily on your excavator and transforms it into a high-efficiency mulching machine, capable of handling the toughest jobs.

CONVEX DX™ PROTECTION SYSTEM
The protection system on our excavator mulchers is made out of four types of fins that limit the amount of material cut with each pass and concentrates the smaller material toward the center of the blades.

BLADE ANGLE OPTIMISED FOR A PERFECT CUT
Our new blade and blade mount design allows for greater durability and cutting power. The rotor on our excavator mulchers maintains its power throughout the blades’ lives.

COMPATIBILITY

Our excavator mulchers are available for excavators weighing between 3 to 40 tons. Our Excavator Mulchers are compatible with most standard excavator models, making it a flexible tool for various land clearing applications.

Shearex's forestry mulchers fit regular-sized excavators, and we also offer mini-excavator mulchers for smaller excavators.

Options

Optional tilt system - The tilt system on our mulching heads for excavators allows for increased flexibility and superior visibility. Using the right technique, the tilt can also increase productivity by letting gravity do the majority of the work.

Optional back grapple - Move and sort through smaller materials or pile them up for greater mulching control with Shearex’s excavator mulcher head VM model!
